School's charity concert a huge success

THE Regent’s School Pattaya celebrated the Estonian Day of Independence by holding a special charity concert to raise funds for the Centre for Handicapped Orphans in Hapsalu, Estonia, which was recently damaged in a fire. The concert was attended by over 100 diplomats, business leaders and parents. Dr. Virachai Techavijit, Chairman of the Regent’s Schools Thailand and Estonian Honorary Consul General in Bangkok, presented the money raised from the concert to Ms. Eve Kabin, Director of the Centre for Handicapped Orphans in Hapsalu, at a Gala Reception arranged by the Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Urmas Paet, (second from right) in Tallinn recently.
