Rang Mahal at The Rembrandt Hotel and Towers continues its celebration of traditional Indian cuisine this month with a special offering of Dum Pukht dinners prepared by world-famous Master Chefs Irfan and Ashfaque Qureshi from India. Joining Rang Mahal’s Chef Rajan, the Qureshi brothers will bring their unique expertise in cooking Dum and Frontier Cuisines (Heritage Cuisines) which include specialties from Awadh, Peshawar and Hyderabad. All dishes will be accompanied by fine wines from Granmonte Winery.
