The cool and creative Ari-Pradipat neighborhood is presented through a new perspective, inviting everyone to design their own lifestyle and promote sustainability alongside the community.
Piti Jarukamjorn, Deputy Executive Vice President, Condominium Project Development and Strategic Project Management, Sansiri Plc, said, “Sansiri is committed to our Green Mission and we are dedicated to inspire new ideas and encourage everyone to learn about the importance of waste management both effectively and creatively, in order to promote sustainable living. Quality of life is very important today, and this includes the surroundings, community, and facilities within the project to offer a sustainable lifestyle.
The LINE Phahon – Pradipat is a condominium under THE LINE brand which cares about the environment and sustainability. Green space is added to surround the property, and the concept of waste management is implemented. THE LINE Phahonyothin Park comes with the Green Concept, the first for Sansiri to have as much as 8 rai of green area, more than any other project in Bangkok, while THE LINE Jatujak-Mochit is close to nature, being located on the opposite side of Jatujak Park, which is Bangkok’s large green space. Meanwhile, large trees in the project are well-conserved.
Therefore, we are proud of our contribution to creating a sustainable neighborhood together with the community, and this is in line with our vision to make a Great Neighborhood wherever we go.”
Newlyweds “Mew” Nittha Jirayungyurn and “Saint” Tharaphut Kuhapremkit talked about their views as the new generation on the environment and sustainable living. “Today, people are more aware of environmental issues, and seek more natural places to live in. We want to coexist with nature and need more green space, which is hard to find in the city. This affects our health and quality of life. We have to do our part in creating a sustainable society. We would like to praise Sansiri and The LINE Phahon – Pradipat for caring about waste separation and introducing food waste machines to conveniently convert food waste into compost which can be used to grow trees.”

SUNTUR or Yossanan Wuthikornsombatkul, a famous illustrator, talked about his view on art and waste management as an artist. “When talking about waste separation, a lot of people think it’s complicated, so they choose to ignore it. As this issue is not properly addressed, I have an idea to use art as a medium to create awareness and make waste management education easier to understand. I use lines and colors that are simple and appeal to people so they pay attention and want to take part in waste separation.”
Sansiri Shaping Neighborhood partnered with Ari-Pradipat Creative District Tinkering Pot which focuses on neighborhood creative economy, and new generation illustrator SUNTUR who recognizes the importance of creating art for people, to create creative works that are fun and easy to understand under the concept “Nature x Arts x Sustainability” to portray the relationship between waste management and sustainable living in an exhibition at The LINE Phahon – Pradipat. Visitors will have a chance to see the Ari-Pradipat area through a new perspective, from a popular street food hub of Bangkok which generates a lot of food waste to a role model in using art and design to inspire those in the area and the public.
Check out “EATS MEET WASTE '' art on 14 street food carts in the Ari-Pradipat area which uses design to help with food waste management. Wall Art, a cool creation by SUNTUR, is located on the 35th floor playground Kid’s Yard of The LINE Phahon – Pradipat. “HAVE A REST : 7-MINUTES SEAT” is a rest area in the neighborhood with cool designs.
