Renowned for introducing discerning diners to new culinary perspectives, The Reflexions now presents one of the gourmet world’s most remarkable Michelin-star chefs, Nicolas Isnard, to showcase his highly sought-after cuisine on 14 - 17 November 2018.
Ably complemented by The Reflexions’ Chef Roxanne Range and her team, the man whose first restaurant project Auberge de la Charme in Prenois claimed its first Michelin star almost overnight will personally prepare tantalizing 3-, 5-, 7- and 9-course lunch and dinner menus showcasing his envelope-pushing evolutions of French and Italian cookery.
Originally from the south of France, Nicolas learned his way around the kitchen from his Italian grandmother. Experimenting with creating his own dishes from a young age, he began his career in the kitchens of two Michelin-starred Relais & Châteaux properties before heading to the two-star La Rotonde, in Lyon. By the time he was 25, he was working with Goujon and at 27 was chef at Château de Curzay, the same year he garnered a Gault Millau Guide “Young Talent” award.
Nicolas also authored the cookbook ‘L’œuf’ dedicated to eggs with le Comte. His discipline, creativity, and unique culinary voice have brought him around the world, and now, to the kitchens of The Reflexions in the heart of Bangkok.
