Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa celebrates the new Executive Chef Jakub Mares and one of France’s most highly distinguished wine collections by Barton & Guestier. Chef Jakub brings a wealth of culinary knowledge from numerous Michelin star establishments in Prague, England and Italy and has created a five-course masterpiece, showcasing Marinated Sockeye Salmon with pumpernickel, Roast Sturgeon & wild caught squid, and Duck confit Raviolo and more.
All courses paired with wines selected from Barton & Guestier highlighting Barton & Guestier Passeport Chablis, Barton & Guestier Varetial Pinot Noir and Barton & Guestier Passeport Chateauneuf du Pape to name a few.
The dinner is on Saturday, January 27, 2018, priced at B2,200 net per person starting from 6.30pm onwards. This dinner is limited to 60 seats so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
