Haoma, the urban oasis and environmentally focused restaurant just off Sukhumvit Road, is proud to present its latest special seasonal degustation selections with a difference in its Festive Menu, available from December 24 to January 1 for Bt2,990++ (Bt4,980++ with wine pairing). Intimately located in a lush, garden environment tucked far away from traffic on Soi Sawatdi (Sukhumvit Soi 31), Haoma’s farm-to-table vibes elegantly reflect the restaurant’s ambitious goal of raising the bar for helping green up the F&B industry by becoming the world’s first carbon-neutral restaurant by 2020. Consisting of sustainably grown and prepared ingredients selected to be in tune with the agricultural and climatic cycles of Thailand, and offered to present disarmingly down-to-earth fine dine options for Christmas or New Year’s, the Festive Menu offers a special holistic blend of seafood, salad, meats, veggies and more starring in special dishes such as Oysters and Pearls (Sabayon of Pearl Tapioca with Phuket Oysters), Royal Project Caviar (Lovage Panna Cota, Celery & Brioche Croutons), Salad of Thai Hearts of Coconut (Roasted Beets, Petite Radishes, Meyer Lemon and Sunchoke Aioli) and Gulf of Thailand Scallops (Heirloom Tomato “Concassé” and Nelly Prat Emulsion). |
The discerning guests who make it here will also enjoy Brioche with Pak Chong Animal Farm Butter and a choice of either Khao Yai Ranch Poultry (with Wild Mushrooms, Compressed Bartlett Pears, Watercress Pureé) or 48-hour Braised Thai Wagyu Beef Short Rib (with Yukon Gold Potato “Mille-Feuille”, Aged Cheddar, Broccoli Florets). The Festive Menu is available from December 24 to January 1.
