It is a testament to the Bamboo Bar team’s tireless efforts and innovative use of Thai ingredients in the latest iteration of the signature cocktail menu created by Jamie Rhind, Bar Operations Manager and the Head Bartender, Ms. Pinsuda (Ann) Pongprom.
Together, they have created a signature cocktail menu for the coming year that draws inspiration from Thailand’s five regions, the ‘COMPASS’ menu celebrates the unique attributes of these regions - each of which has its own distinctive tastes in food, drink and lifestyle - taking guests on a journey around Thailand as they enjoy the country’s finest live jazz.
Most iconic cocktails to celebrate in this festive season is ‘Hawker’, inspired by bustling Bangkok streets and lines of hawkers during rush hours everyday. Hawker cocktail reminisces Thailand’s famous Tom Kah Gai with Tequila, Coconuts, Lemongrass, Kefir Lime and Ginger. Another festive signature cocktail is ‘Cashew Down South’, our popular version of a creamy tiki drink in the southern Thailand which brings array of different produce from Chalong Bay, Cashew Nut, Basil, Spiced Pineapple and Cucumber. This cocktail transports you to the beach and melts away your stress. You’ll be asking for more!
