CHEF Patrizia at La Gritta restaurant has crafted five special dishes for the “Risotto Fiesta” promotion running throughout April 2018. The classic Italian dish is created using a variety of quality ingredients such as Italian sausages, pancetta, gorgonzola and mascarpone. The menu includes carefully crafted dishes such as creamy risotto with tiger prawns and whiskey, or risotto "Alla Genovese" made with sumptuous slow-cooked beef in white wine.
