Valentine dinner with wine pairing at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok
This Valentine’s evening, Thursday 14 February, Chef Roxanne Lange and her team at The Reflexions are preparing a seven-course menu with the option of a wine pairing for lovers to enjoy an intimate dinner together.
Each lady will receive a single stock rose and each gentleman a miniature bottle of The Reflexions’ homemade Gin Aged.
Featuring exquisitely prepared Modern French cuisine, the In the Mood of Love set menu is priced at THB 7,600++ per couple, with the wine pairing option a further THB 1,800++ per person.
Start with an appetiser of Love at First Sight (hamachi with ginger), followed by Cupid’s Arrow (sea crab with mussel), Make a Wish with heirloom tomato gazpacho before going on to Soul Mate (sea bream with bell pepper), a course of Love Me Tender (Wagyu beef striploin), before a Heart Warming lollipop and a Take me Home dessert of strawberry and white chocolate.
