Char Restaurant has obtained a succulent selection of spider crabs to tempt diners from September 14 to 28, with reservations available from 6 pm to midnight. This three-dish feast will feature every part of the spider crab, starting with crab tartare served with ginger and cauliflower vichyssoise, followed by butter-poached crab with smoked seaweed and light sea crisps, and ending with grilled crab legs dressed in caramelized crab fat along with crab XO.
