THE first Sunday of every month throughout 2018, UNO MAS is holding an exclusive Champagne brunch 54-floor above the city. The stunning views across the city accompanying by the bubbles courtesy of GH Mumm Cordon Rouge hampagne featuring a mouth-watering spread of Spanish flavours including tapaps, raw and cooked seafood, hot and cole cuts of meat and a variety of cooked-to-order dishes. Some of the signatures include foie gras terrine with smoked baby eel, Joselito Coppa ham, slowed-cooked Wagyu short ribs, Josper oven-grilled Pyrenees rack of lamb, 'Gambas al ajillo' (tiger prawns) with garlic, Maine lobster ceviche and much more. The three-hour brunch runs from 11.30-14.30pm.
