THE Dusit Thani invites you to refresh yourself during this year's Songkran festival with “Khao Chae”, a unique Thai summer dish. Made of chilled rice in jasmine scented water, it includes a variety of assorted condiments including bell pepper stuffed with minced shrimp and pork, deep fried shrimp paste ball, or deep fried shallot stuffed with minced fish, meat and herbs. Indulge in other delicacies such as fried sweet shredded pork and fried sweet turnip with fresh vegetables.
From Apr 9-20, the menu is available Mon-Fri during lunch buffet at The Pavilion restaurant for B1,250++, or set at B2,900++ for “Beyond Boundaries” brunch Sat-Sun at Benjarong and Terrace.
