| Serving Thai favourites from across all four regions, Bangkok Heightz offers something for all palates. We recommend: Num Prik Noom (B160) – Northern Thai green chilli dip served with crispy pork scratchings, sliced carrots, cucumbers, okra, and aubergines; Phad Thai – wok-fried rice noodles with tofu, egg, bean sprouts, green onions and ground peanuts with a choice of chicken (B290), prawn (B310), mixed seafood (B350), or tofu (B180); and Mussaman Ka Khae (B650) – lamb shanks with vegetables in a creamy peanut curry sauce. As for drinks, try the Must Thai Mule (B320) – house gin infused with chilli, lime juice, and fresh Pimento ginger; the Sukhumvit (B320) – house vodka, Khan Thong house rum, Aperol, pandan syrup, jasmine syrup, strawberry juice, lime juice, and an egg white; and the Mai Ya Rap (B320) – Thai whisky, Cointreau, lime juice, lychee juice, kaffir lime leaves, and kaffir lime zest.
