Millennium Hilton Bangkok’s weekend feast features a fabulous spread of international cuisines and wines
A LAVISH spread of gourmet food and a splendid riverside setting are just two of the highlights at the ‘Brunch on the River’ experience served up every Sunday at FLOW. Showcasing everything the Millennium Hilton Bangkok has to offer, the brunch kicks off in style at 11am with complimentary cocktails and canapés (and an amazing view) at the ThreeSixty rooftop bar, before moving, at noon, to the riverside at FLOW. Until 3pm you can then feast on an extensive buffet featuring items from all of the hotel’s signature restaurants, including FLOW, Prime Steakhouse, and Yuan Chinese Restaurant. Highlights of the international selection include Goose leg confit, glazed with lemon and potato cream; Slow roasted lamb loin, eggplant and thyme emulsion; Roast prime rib; Truffle fondue; and Italian soubise. |
For Asian tastes, pop along to the Thai station for local favourites like Som tum poo nim (spicy papaya salad with soft shell crab) and Hor-mok goong mae nam (River prawn soufflé); and to Yuan’s station for Chinese delicacies such as Jumbo shrimp dim sum; and Wok-fried Chinese pancake filled with chives.
The international brunch selection is made all the more impressive with free access to the private Cheese Room, where diners can sample an amazing variety of cheeses from all around the world, all served with freshly baked bread and condiments. There’s also a great selection of wines too choose from – over 20 labels – plus all kinds of delicious smoothies, juices and quenchers.

Chocolate Gallery signatures include Teppanyaki ice cream, Chocolate whisky truffle and fresh strawberries; Meringue and Chantilly.
