B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited reinforced its commitment to sustainable business operations by hosting its annual "ESG Day 2025" on November 6, 2025. The event aimed to inspire and engage employees and management in driving the organisation forward with a strong emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) values, fully integrated with its Digital Transformation journey.
The event was led by Mrs. Anchalee Chavanich, Chairperson of Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee, Mr. Anurat Tiyaphorn and Ms. Caroline Link, Member of Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee, Dr. Thaweesak Koanantakool, Chairman of Digital Transformation Committee and Ms. April Srivikorn, Member of Digital Transformation Committee of B.Grimm Power. They, along with executives, and employees, collectively demonstrated their commitment to promoting transparent business operations, combating all forms of corruption, and considering the interests of all stakeholders. Held annually, ESG Day represents the company’s unwavering commitment to transparency, good governance, and social and environmental responsibility — driving B.Grimm Power towards its vision of “Empowering the World Compassionately”.

ESG Day 2025 was held in a grand hybrid format at the B.Grimm Power headquarters on Krungthep Kreetha Road, with a live broadcast to power plants nationwide to ensure inclusive participation. Notably, the event was certified as a Carbon Neutral Event by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO).
The day's activities focused on knowledge-sharing sessions designed to promote digital adaptation and good governance. Key highlights included:
- “The Global Shift: Leveraging Digital to Power ESG,” a session on vision and experience by Ms. April Srivikorn, Member of Digital Transformation Committee.
- “Digital in Action: Turning Innovation into ESG Impact,” detailing the journey of key digital projects by Mr. Saroche Arunpairojkul, Executive Vice President, Industrial Customer Relations and Operation Management.
- “Digital at Work: Lessons from the Ground,” exploring employee contributions to the digital journey, by Mr. Warut Woraprachya, Head of Digital Operations.
