While the service is complimentary for in-warranty equipment, customers with out-of-warranty gear can access this express service for a fee of 535 baht. Terms and Conditions
To ensure compliance with Canon's Express Service conditions, please review the following terms and conditions before using the service:
- Free express inspection and repair service valued at 535 baht per product.
- If the product is out of warranty, customers must pay inspection and cleaning fees at normal service rates; however, if the product is still under warranty, customers will receive free service according to the warranty terms.
- The total number of Express Checkup and Cleaning Service requests per day is limited to 80 items.
- An unlimited number of items per customer.
- For customers who bring products in for inspection or cleaning in the morning, the product may be available for pickup in the afternoon. If the product is delivered in the afternoon, it may be ready in the evening or the following morning, depending on the daily repair volume. Canon will inform customers of the exact delivery date later.
- Customers requiring urgent repairs that involve waiting for spare parts are not eligible for this promotion. After the inspection, staff will contact the customer with details.
- Customers wishing to participate in the promotion must confirm the repair immediately after the operator calls with the repair details.
- This promotional offer excludes cases where the camera is severely damaged (e.g., dropped, water damaged, or requiring extensive testing) and cases requiring spare parts.
- This promotion applies only to customers receiving service at the Canon Service Center Head Office, Sathorn Square Office Tower, 24th floor from November 15, 2024 to December 20, 2024.
- This promotion does not include internal cleaning, such as removing mold or rust inside the equipment.
- Customers can access this offer on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and company-announced holidays.
