The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa, Phuket understands that getting a great night’s sleep is essential to physical and mental well-being. On the occasion of World Sleep Day this March, the resort has crafted a series of experiences to help all travelers “Sleep Well”, in line with Westin’s brand philosophy.
The Heavenly Spa by Westin™ will invite guests to feel the gentle touch of wellness with a special “Chakra Balancing Massage”. Available from March 1st – 31st, 2025, this 90-minute journey is designed to release physical and emotional tension while harmonizing the body's energy flow. This ritual begins and ends with the meditative sound of singing bowls, to evoke a deep state of tranquility. This therapy is priced at THB 3,200 net per person, or THB 6,000 net per couple.

Wellness expert Kru Meaya will host deeply spiritual Singing Bowl and Yoga Nidra activities on March 14th (18:00 – 19:00 hrs). Staged at The Ballroom, these serene one-hour sessions are designed to restore balance and inner peace, providing an opportunity for every guest to achieve mindfulness. The classes are free-of-charge, but only 25 spaces are available so advanced bookings are recommended.
Celebrate Earth Hour with a “Sip Under the Moon”
The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa, Phuket will mark Earth Hour 2025 on March 22nd, as it dims its lights to shine a spotlight on the climate crisis. After sunset, guests can come together at the Westin Beach from 20:30 – 21:30 hrs and immerse themselves in the beauty of the night, with free-flow wine and a sublime selection of canapés for one hour, illuminated by the soft moonlight and blessed by the enchanting ambiance of the ocean. This evocative occasion is priced at just THB 799++ per person, and advanced bookings are advised.
