He emphasized that the employee happiness index is in line with the company’s human resource and sustainability strategy, which places people at the core — viewing personnel management as the “heart” that drives the organization toward its goals. A major factor contributing to the company’s recognition in the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards was its strong employee engagement survey results, which reported an Engagement: Happinometer score of 74.2%, rated “Very Happy,” along with a turnover rate of less than 1.5%. These results reflect the strength of the company’s SIIQ (Synergy, Innovation, Integrity, and Quality) values, which form the foundation of its organizational culture that unites employees at all levels toward shared goals.
