Bangkok — The Dusit Thani College Alumni Association proudly presents “Journey of Flavor – A Twist for the Better Together,” an exclusive 7-course dinner bringing together 12 celebrated alumni chefs and 1 award-winning sommelier. This special collaboration reinterprets the culinary heritage of Thailand’s five regions in a contemporary style, with each course thoughtfully crafted from locally sourced ingredients to support Thai farmers across the country.

Every dish is meticulously designed to deliver a one-of-a-kind dining experience, featuring highlights such as Stir-fried Sea Bass with Salted Quail Egg and Chili Paste, Watermelon Tartare Tart, Ruean Ruedeedee Sri Siam, and many more creations.
Participating chefs and sommelier include:
  • Chef Gig – Kamol Chobdee-ngam (Iron Chef Thailand, Lerdtip)
  • Chef Tong – Yuttajak Saengsastra (Gluttony By The Sin, Tatler Best Thailand 2025)
  • Chef Park – Pattarawit Janthai (Grayoon House)
  • Chef M – Siripong Chutithadakul (Baan Kaeng, Pattaya)
  • Chef R – Theerapat Tiyasuntranont (The Next Iron Chef Thailand S2)
  • Chef Phu – Phurin Patanaviriyawanich (MasterChef Thailand S4, KLER)
  • Chef Fai – Sirorat Thauto (Homok, MICHELIN Bib Gourmand 2023–2025, Tatler Best Thailand 2025)
  • Chef Bas – Thawatchai Akkaravongwatana (Top 4 Top Chef Thailand S1, Kuay Tiew Nen Nua)
  • Chef Toey – Pacharakun Kalyanamitr (MasterChef Thailand S3, Tiew Toh Daeng)
  • Chef Annie – Angkana Iamsaard (Baan Dahla by Angkana)
  • Chef Boy – Piyachart Phuttawong (One MICHELIN Star Chef, Consultant at Saneh Jaan)
  • Chef Poon – Phupa Chunharasmi (Winner, Sweet Chef Thailand, Montagne)
  • Jay Thanakorn Borthoff – Sommelier (Sommelier Award, MICHELIN Guide 2024)

Event Details


October 3, 2025 from 18:00 – 22:00, Square One Restaurant, Dusit Princess Srinakarin Hotel.

The 7-course dinner is priced at THB 4,500 net per person and will take place on October 3, 2025, from 18:00 to 22:00 at Square One Restaurant, Dusit Princess Srinakarin Hotel.
