The launch of “Taste of America 2024”, is honored by His Excellency, Mr. Robert F. Godec, Ambassador of the United States of America to Thailand, as the chairperson of the ceremony. Also in attendance is Mr. Supawut Chaiprasitkul; Chief Business Officer - Supermarket & Food, The Mall Group Co., Ltd., joined by other executives and honorable guests at Gourmet Market, G Floor, Paragon.
In the event, enjoy the highlight menu, made with fresh ingredients straight from America, by Chef Ian – Pongtawat Chalermkittichai, who has prepared the delicious US prime beef striploin steak served with fried potatoes and caramelized onion gravy. The steak is flavorful, tender, and juicy from its marbled fat, which can be enjoyed with crispy fried potato wedges and finished with caramelized onion gravy, a true signature of the American dish.

There is the Cheese Lover Zone, an assembly of the famous cheeses, which includes the Wisconsin Cheese that has received the highest honor, recognizing its premium production, the Master Cheesemaker. Then followed by the California Cheese, made by the best cow’s milk in the United States with many varieties to choose from, including: cheddar, parmesan, mascarpone, and mozzarella. The next zone is the Beef Lover Zone, a selection of premium prime-grade beef, imported from the best farms in the United States of America, offering the best cuts, including the US PRIME BEEF STRIPLOIN, US PRIME BEEF RIB EYE, US PRIME BEEF TENDERLOIN, and US PRIME CHUCK EYE ROLL
There is also the Seafood Lover Zone, which has a selection of fresh Alaskan Black Cod, Halibut, Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, lobster, and scallop. Additionally, the imported Vegetable and Fruit Zone offers Washington Apples, green grapes, red grapes, and baby carrots. Lastly, the Zone of Snacks and Premium Goods offer favorites, such as spam, seasoned ground turkey, America’s Best Cheez Ballz, organic dried oats, Tobasco sweet and spicy sauce, apple cider, cleaning products, and a variety of American brand skincare.

Another menu to enjoy is the American style beef burger, which will have you reminiscing for the American old-fashioned style beef patty, freshly grounded and grilled to perfection with its mouth-watering smoky aroma. The patty is placed between two soft burger buns with crispy bacon and fried onions, making a flawless combination.
