We have recently joined forces with KEX Express to launch parcel delivery service points under the 'Shop & Ship' concept. Customers can shop and send parcels domestically in one place, covering all 77 provinces across Thailand, at customer service points in five Gourmet Market branches: EmQuartier, Paragon Department Store, The Mall Lifestore Thaphra, Ngamwongwan, and Bangkapi. We're also expanding international parcel delivery services at EmQuartier and Paragon Department Store branches to meet the lifestyle needs of foreign tourists and expatriates, particularly at our urban locations, where approximately 25-30% of our customers are foreigners. Parcels can be shipped to over 30 countries across three continents:

The KEX Express parcel service points are now open to accommodate tourists arriving during the year-end season, with featured services for a complete Shop & Ship experience, including various sizes of parcel boxes available for purchase and immediate domestic and international shipping—eliminating luggage weight concerns.

Under the concept of 'Creative Economy, Culture to Value' and celebrating the 50th anniversary of Thai-Chinese relations, we're pioneering the export of products reflecting Thai culture to the Chinese market across all dimensions by bringing the 'Kud-Thai Market' event to the 'Super-V SCPG Hua Hua Festival,' China's major summer festival.
