The launch of the Sales & Marketing Execution service positions KGH to provide independent hotel owners with specialized support in navigating today’s challenging environment. With a decade of experience managing over 20 properties, KGH is uniquely equipped to address the pain points faced by mid-sized hotel owners in Thailand.

“This service is not an entirely new service, but rather a specialization in Sales & Marketing of a full hotel management services we have provided to over 20 properties. To use an analogy, it is like offering a la carte from the course menus at a restaurant” said Rei Matsuda, Founder & CEO of Koko Global Hospitality. “This service will meet a need from hotel owners who want to control their hotel operations by themselves, but face challenges in sales and marketing. Those hotel owners can eliminate the headache involved in sales and marketing while continuing touch points with guests and gaining emotional attachments with their hotels.”

KGH employs data-driven strategies like dynamic pricing and optimized channel management to enhance hotels' online presence and revenue. This approach targets the specific challenges faced by family-run hotels, which often struggle to hire and retain skilled sales & marketing professionals due to profitability issues and competition from larger chains. While the hotel industry remains optimistic, independent owners face struggle with the rise of branded hotels and a growing demand for unique travel experiences. This shift complicates rate management, especially during low seasons. Additionally, many of these hotels operate as non-core businesses, resulting in significant operational stress and time commitments for owners.
This expansion is a testament to KGH's proven success, highlighted by a case study with Kokotel Bangkok Dheva Thonglor, which saw a 106% increase in Average Daily Rate (ADR) and a 97% surge in total revenue, compared to before KGH began operations in 2020.

We are extremely pleased with the results and appreciate KGH's expertise and dedication."

As the hospitality industry evolves, KGH is strategically expanding into specialized consulting to meet the needs of hotel owners. With a target of 100 hotels by 2026 in Thailand and overseas, KGH is integrating its innovative Sales & Marketing Execution Service to enhance client success and strengthen its position as a key partner in the industry.
