This Thai-style appetizer of grilled line-caught fish of the day features a savory seafood mousse made with coconut milk, paired with a filling of spicy pomelo salad in a crispy golden cup. Lohn Pu Nim serves crispy fried soft-shell crab with a traditional Thai coconut chili relish and herb dipping sauce.
