The Special Olympic Sports Association of Thailand joins in organizing a charity concert.
"Smiling Heart" on Thursday, March 23, 2023 (at 6:00 p.m.)
At the Main Hall Thailand Cultural Center.
The objective is to raise funds to prepare athletes with intellectual disabilities to participate in the 2023 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Berlin, Germany in the coming June.
The Special Olympics World Games are the world's largest inclusive sports event. Thousands of athletes with intellectual disabilities compete together in 26 sports. Nine days of exciting and inspiring competitions, by athletes and for athletes.
From 17 to 25 June 2023, the Special Olympics World Games will take place in Berlin – the first time that Germany will host the Games!

"we are raising fund to support 46 Thai athletes and 19 coaches/officers to compete in 6 types of sports track and field , swimming, football, bocchi, badminton and table tennis with more than 7,000 athletes from 190 countries around the world. "
Therefore, the Charity Concert “Smiling Hearts” has been scheduled to raise funds for the Thai athletes. The Committee has
cooperated with the Russian Dance Academy "Katyusha" to organize concerts and performances of a variety of Eastern European arts such as piano, opera, dance, gymnastics, ballet by artists and trainers from countries such as Russia, Belarus, Ukraine. Both traveling to attend and both living in Thailand, including receiving cooperation from dance institutions and performances from networks in the country, bringing more than 400 Thai performers to the event. All artists, both foreign and Thai, have the desire to use their acting talents to help and support the Thai athletes.
On this occasion, there were also performances by Thai Special Olympics artist ambassadors such as BNK48, Jung & Dang from GMMTV and Ada in songs related to Special Olympics. The release of the new song MV "Special Olympics Cheering Song" will be performed live on stage by artists BNK48 Jung &Dang and Ada.
There are also spectacular international fashion shows. It is expected that more than 1000 audiences will be at the event including serveral diplomats who reside in Thailand.
The "Smiling Hearts" concert will be held at the Main Hall, Thailand Cultural Center Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. onwards
