Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Melaka was delighted to organize its very own Bridal Fair as it reached out to all newly-weds-to-be. Held on the 31st March 2019 at the Bunga Raya Grand Ballroom, it was a packed filled wedding themed day.
The whole day event commencing from 10am until 5pm showcased a range of bridal related vendors featuring bridal gowns, make up and decoration, photographers, classic wedding car, pastries, balloons, photo studios and wedding favors, among others. The guests were treated to an array of booths in the ballroom and its foyer with wedding specialist available to assist them in planning their journey towards their big day.
The hosts of vendors showcased their expertise namely Picsus Platform who were our co-organizers for the fair, Visage Delove Wedding Concept, M Nichole Academy, Best Moments, Summer Bridal Boutique, Kawen Kawen Wedding Planner, Picturesque Photography, M Pavilion, La Femme, HM Jaya among others including the hotel’s very own event planners, chefs and banquet specialist. We also had the Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (Melaka) personnel set up a booth to address queries while offering guidance on procedures for registering their marriage.

The Bridal Fair commenced with an opening performance by the Encore Melaka who performed a mesmerizing Baba Nyonya wedding dance ensemble. This was followed by a speech by the General Manager, Mr. Klaus Sennik after which the fashion shows by the wedding galleries ensued, showcasing their unique and beautiful bridal outfits. The day also saw photography contests where lucky participants in the contests won cash vouchers from between RM500 and RM3,000, make-up and hair demonstrations, music entertainment and lucky draws giveaways.
Guests were thrilled to win vouchers sponsored by our participating vendors as well as complimentary room stay vouchers at Wyndham properties in Ramada Suites by Wyndham KLCC and Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru and our very own room and buffet vouchers. Couples who booked their wedding packages on that day also were surprised with lucky draws giveways from our Wyndham properties from Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside (Thailand), Ramada by Wyndham Bali Sunset Road Kuta (Indonesia) and Ramada and Days Hotel by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park as well as Wyndham Reward points giveways.
