This inaugural edition brings together leading wellness and beauty experts — Absolute, Sulwhasoo, and Mandara Spa — for a morning of mindful movement, self-care, and healthy indulgence.

The program begins with a a 15-minute rejuvenating self-acupressure ritual inspired by Sulwhasoo’s Concentrated Ginseng expertise led by Sulwhasoo experts, followed by a rejuvenating gentle yoga flow led by Kru Big from Absolute. With over two decades of expertise, Absolute is Thailand’s leading name in yoga, Pilates, and Rhythm Cycling—renowned for its signature programs that strengthen both body and mind. Set against the calming backdrop of the Chao Phraya River, the class is designed to reconnect guests with nature through breath, movement, and mindful awareness.
Following the session, guests are invited to a wellness social session featuring wholesome wellness snacks and refreshing detox juices curated by the hotel’s culinary team.
