Regarding the 5-star or "Excellent" CG Scoring from the Institute of Directors (IOD), with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand for the year 2024, this year’s score surpasses SHR’s previous performance and outperforms the average CG score of 84% for all listed companies.
