This exquisite evening, themed “A Grand Collaboration”, brought together Chef Alessandro Cozzolino, Executive Chef of fine dining La Loggia at Villa San Michele, A Belmond Hotel, Florence and Chef Christophe Grilo, Executive Pastry Chef of Blue by Alain Ducasse, for a truly world-class dining event held on November 4, 2025, at Blue by Alain Ducasse, 1st Floor, ICONSIAM.
The exclusive sit-down dinner welcomed a select group of VIP guests, including APINYA CHOLSAIPAN - NAM CHOLSAIPAN - NIPA CHOLSAIPAN KANNIKA PROMBOT - ARAYA KRIANGKRAIKUN - BUSABA ASSAVANIWEST - PRACHA ASSAVANIWEST - SUWANNEE KHEMUSSATIEN - SOMBOON TAESOPAPONG KONGNAPHAT JIROJTANAPONG - CHARAT CHUKIAT who indulged in a bespoke menu meticulously co-created by the two celebrated chefs. Each dish was specially designed for this one-night-only event, offering guests an unforgettable gastronomic journey amid the breathtaking backdrop of the most stunning curve of the Chao Phraya River.
Chef Alessandro Cozzolino is widely regarded as a culinary artist whose passion for the art of cooking began at an early age. His career spans experiences at Michelin-starred establishments across Europe, including Le Cimes (3 Michelin Stars) in France, Chez Dominique (2 Michelin Stars) in Finland, St Hubertus (3 Michelin Stars), and Ristorante Arnolfo (2 Michelin Stars) in Italy. His journey to Asia began in 2015 when he became Chef de Cuisine at Grissini in the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, where he was named “Chef of the Year 2017” by Gambero Rosso. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Villa San Michele, A Belmond Hotel in Florence, Italy, Chef Cozzolino is renowned for his creative and contemporary cuisine that draws inspiration from the Tuscan territory and its local ingredients presented through delicately crafted dishes. He believes that cooking is not merely about taste—it is a dialogue between art, culture, and lifestyle, expressed through refined and soulful dining experiences.
