Bangkok, Thailand, June 16, 2025 – Sirimahannop, the reimagined Thai tall ship and refined dining destination on Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River, will transport diners’ senses to the shores of the French Riviera with its latest special dish: seafood bouillabaisse.
Available this July and August, the Seafood Bouillabaisse Delight is a sublime Provençal soup that originated in the French city of Marseille, on the sun-soaked Mediterranean coast, where local fishermen would boil their daily catch in a traditional broth.
Sirimahannop’s elevated version features a variety of premium “fruits de mer”, including fresh halibut, prawns, squid, Dutch mussels, and Hokkaido scallops, all slowly simmered in a rich and hearty tomato & seafood bisque. This fragrant stew is then served with fresh sourdough bread for a rustic yet wonderfully indulgent meal.
