The Mall Group Partners with Harrods for World-Class Privileges

The Mall Group is expanding the success of its "Global Privilege" campaign by announcing a strategic partnership with Harrods, the iconic department store in the United Kingdom and one of the world’s most prestigious retail destinations, operating since 1905. This collaboration aims to provide exclusive privileges for M Card members and Bangkok Bank M VISA cardholders.

Ms. Voralak Tulaphorn, Chief Marketing Officer of The Mall Group Co., Ltd., stated:
“Beginning in June 2025, M Card members and Bangkok Bank M VISA cardholders will gain access to enhanced privileges when shopping at Harrods in London. This collaboration is part of our broader strategy to extend World-Class shopping privileges to premier global destinations and reflects our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional retail experiences for Thai travelers.”

This collaboration exemplifies our commitment to offering elevated, personalized experiences to discerning international clients. We look forward to delivering exclusive privileges that reflect the very best of Harrods to M Card members and Bangkok Bank M VISA cardholders.”
Under this partnership, M Card members and Bangkok Bank M VISA cardholders will receive tier-based privileges through a status-matching mechanism, along with other exclusive benefits. To redeem these, eligible members must enroll in the Harrods Rewards Program and request a tier upgrade. (Further details are available via the M Card Application.)

  • Scarlet M Card: Members will be upgraded to the Harrods Rewards Black Tier, gaining exceptional privileges. This includes access to a Personal Shopper, triple Reward points, a one-time access to The Penthouse, and a complimentary Harrods Experience dining voucher (worth up to £150) at The Georgian – Harrods renowned dining destination.
   
  • Platinum M Card: Members will be upgraded to the Harrods Rewards Gold Tier. This tier offers exclusive benefits such as personal 10% discount days, double Rewards points, exclusive event invitations, a one-time access to a Personal Shopping experience, and a £118 dining voucher at The Grill on Fifth.
  • Bangkok Bank M Legend Visa: Members will be upgraded to the Harrods Rewards Gold Tier, including a one-time access to a Personal Shopping experience and a 10% dining discount at selected Harrods restaurants.
  • All M Card and Bangkok Bank M VISA cardholders: Eligible to receive a complimentary welcome drink when dining at selected Harrods restaurants after signing up for the Harrods Rewards Program.

This partnership underscores Harrods' long-standing reputation for luxury and personalized service – with its bespoke shopping and dining experiences, exceptional service and unwavering commitment to excellence ensuring that every visit becomes an unforgettable moment.
Harrods Rewards members visiting Thailand will also receive exclusive benefits at The Mall Group’s stores, including a Platinum Tourist Card (10% shopping discount), 10% dining discount at You Hunt We Cook, up to 50% off at participating brands, access to the Platinum M Lounge (for Harrods Platinum, Black, and Harrods Amex card holders issued in UK), hotel delivery, hands-free shopping, 10% discount for Food & Beverages with a complimentary drink at Tribe, Escape, Flamenco or Coco and special offers across Beauty Hall, Fashion, Watches, Kids, and Sports departments.

The Mall Group continues to expand its Global Privilege program to key travel destinations. Current international partners span 11 countries, including Printemps (France), El Corte Inglés (Spain), The Bicester Collection (Europe), Don Quijote (Japan), Takeya (Japan), Matsuya Ginza (Japan), The Mix C (China) and K11 MUSEA (Hong Kong). This partnership with Harrods further strengthens our offerings for affluent Thai travelers and international members alike.
