Aditya is a distinguished alumnus of Delhi University, where he graduated with honors in Economics. Following his academic success, he discovered his true passion in the hospitality industry. To further enhance his expertise, Aditya pursued a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources (equivalent to an MBA), while gaining invaluable experience across some of the world’s most iconic hospitality brands. Known for his strategic mindset and strong leadership, Aditya thrives in dynamic environments and values the rich learning opportunities gained from interacting with guests and colleagues from diverse cultures.
A proven leader in the hospitality industry, Aditya was recognized among the Top 100 Great People Managers 2020 by Forbes India in collaboration with the Great Manager Institute—a prestigious honor that highlights his excellence in team leadership and people development.
Throughout his career, Aditya has held significant commercial and property leadership roles primarily within luxury and upscale hotel brands across India. His recent assignments in Indonesia and Malaysia have broadened his understanding of Southeast Asia’s vibrant cultures, culinary traditions, and heritage. We are excited to welcome Aditya to Thailand and look forward to him contributing his expertise and vision to our properties in this unique and dynamic market.
Outside of work, Aditya enjoys reading, running, and playing golf—activities that reflect his balanced approach to life and leadership.
