A sensory experience that transcends your typical afternoon tea session, “Boutique of Jewels” Afternoon Tea Set presents dainty sweets and savouries that are placed on bracelets and ring bands, all of which can be worn. Guests can take pleasure in playing with and putting on these edible object d’art, all which are meticulously crafted to look like precious jewels and stunning gems.
A delicious variety of savoury bites masquerading as jewelry includes Avocado Scallop Tart with Caviar; Crab Rhubarb Salsa; Cauliflower, Smoked Eel and Vanilla Mousse Mille-Feuille; Chargrilled Eggplant, Tahini and Prosciutto Choux; and Lobster and Green Pea Taco.
The wearable sweets featured are as colourful and mouth-watering as glittering rubies and amethysts. Continue trying on these gem-like creations of Blueberry Yogurt Mousse; Strawberry Mousse Crunch; Coconut Mousse with Lime Jelly; Chocolate Cherry Tart; and Mango Cheesecake topped with Mango Salsa and Coconut Sauce.
