This unique culinary journey by 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok Executive Chef Maxim Baile and Nimitr Head Chef Nanang Prasertya Aditama, is designed to stimulate the senses and indulge the taste buds with premium caviar curated from Italy, France, Iran, China and Thailand. During the sumptuous five-course menu, guests will enjoy Poached banana prawn with crème fraiche and Oscietre caviar; Sturgeon fillet with Inthanon royal project caviar Beurre Blanc, cucumber tagliatelle of cucumber steamed in saranea essence, and fermented red cabbage; and Tajima beef with foie gras, spinach and port wine sauce, among other gastronomic delights. The Caviar Affair Dinner at Nimitr takes place only on Saturday, 14 September 2019 from 6 p.m. onwards and it is priced at THB 4,000 ++ and THB 6,800 ++ with a wine pairing.
