Chef Tsuyoshi
- Atlantic Salmon with baked Goto Nagasaki sweet potatoes, coulis, and Chiba strawberry snow sauce
- Roasted Duck with Chiba strawberry and white miso sauce, served with Goto Nagasaki sweet potato fries
 
Chef Sarun
- Kagoshima Wagyu with sautéed wild mushrooms, truffle, Goto Nagasaki sweet potato foam, and brandy jus
