Having trained in some of Europe's best restaurants, Fernando gained the experience required to open his own restaurant, Zaranda, in Madrid in 2005. After 11 months of being opened, Zaranda received its first star in the Michelin Guide and got the second Michelin Star in 2015; making him the only chef to win and retain two Michelin Stars in the Balearic Islands.
