BANGKOK, THAILAND – [21 May 2025] – Prepare for a gastronomic experience as OXBO at Millennium Hilton Bangkok proudly presents the debut of "Friends on Fire" a dynamic new dining series. This exciting collaboration brings together culinary talents, beginning with a captivating four-hands dinner featuring OXBO's Chef Oliver and the innovative Chef Charlie of Feral Wine Bar. Rooted in OXBO's ethos of "Bound by Nature and Open Fire," this series promises unique and memorable dining experiences.

Chef Charlie, celebrated for his imaginative tapas creations at Feral Wine Bar in Thonglor, is set to bring his distinct style to OXBO. Known for dishes like the audacious yogurt parfait with zucchini jam and the delightful Chips and Mussels, Chef Charlie's culinary journey includes stints at world-renowned restaurants Atrio and Frantzen. His extensive experience in Bangkok further solidifies his reputation as a formidable chef.
​The "Friends on Fire" concept fosters friendly partnerships between chefs, providing a platform for creative expression and highlighting their craft. This initial event sets the stage for future collaborations, generating buzz and offering guests an opportunity to taste the synergy of two distinct culinary philosophies.

Amuse Bouche / Canapé: Dry-aged Beef Tartar, Rye Tart Shell, Sliced Champignon, Mushroom Powder
1. Crab Brandade Canelón, Crab Bisque, Heirloom Cherry Tomato Marinated in Spiced Oil
2. Crispy Pork Belly - Chicharrones, Red Miso and Mustard Gravy, Frisee Salad, Red and Green Oil
3. Aged Black Grouper - Roasted Pumpkin Seed Sauce, Brown Butter, Fried Chickpeas, Roasted Onion Powder
4. Wagyu Ossobuco - Red Curry Braise, Bone Marrow, Sake, Yuca Mille Feuille
