Mai, Thailand, 28 May 2025 – Following the launch of A Culinary Voyage Across Asia with Episode 1 featuring the vibrant Southern Thai cuisine by Chef Laongdao “Aong” Tohkhot from Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve – Krabi, Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel proudly presents Episode 2: India. This unique culinary event highlights authentic Indian flavors and fine dining in Chiang Mai, inviting food lovers and travelers to indulge in a memorable gastronomic experience.

From 1 June to 8 June 2025, guests can enjoy exquisite Indian cuisine crafted by Master Chef Raj Mani Prakash from Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok. Renowned for his expertise in traditional Indian cooking and heritage recipes, Chef Raj’s menu showcases rich spices and diverse regional specialties, offering an authentic taste of India’s culinary heritage.

The menu features signature Indian dishes such as Chicken Tikka—tender chicken marinated with yogurt and spices, grilled in a traditional tandoori oven. Butter Chicken, a classic dish from Delhi, offers rich and creamy flavors. Dal Makhani, slow-cooked black lentils, and Palak Paneer, cottage cheese with spinach and spices, are beloved North Indian specialties. For dessert, enjoy Ras Malai, a sweet treat from Kolkata known for its delicate texture and unique origin.

The Indian dining experience is available à la carte from 1 to 7 June, daily from 11:00 to 23:00 hrs, at The Ping Cuisine and Bar. The journey culminates with a themed Sunday Brunch on 8 June, from 12:00 to 15:00 hrs., priced at THB 1,299 net per person, perfect for those seeking premium Indian food and buffet dining options in Chiang Mai.

A Culinary Voyage Across Asia continues to bring international flavors and authentic dining experiences to Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel.
