For 5 days only, from March 16th to 20th, Capella Bangkok’s signature restaurant, Côte by Mauro Colagreco, will present a week full of undiscovered stories and fascinating facts from hand-picked boutique growers in France’s Champagne region. With their limited productions each year, their Champagnes are only available in a select number of restaurants around the globe – making this week the perfect opportunity to taste the unique treasures that rarely make it to Thailand. 

From prestige organic wines to biodynamic grower Champagnes, Côte’s Head Sommelier ‘Jay’ Thanakorn Bottorff will carefully select some of his top bottles from boutique vineyards. Expect a tantalizing night with exquisite Mediterranean creations from Chef Davide Garavaglia, paired with beautiful treasures including sparkling, still-, and dessert wines from around Champagne. Match the pairing with your choice of a 5, 7 or 9-course dinner and expect up to eight different tasting notes.
