A Romantic Michelin Dinner at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin

Celebrate the ultimate romantic night of the year with one-of-a-kind Michelin-one-star modern Thai cuisine. Couples will surely be amazed at every bite of the six-course ‘Her and Him Love Journey’-themed Valentine’s dinner menu at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin.
 
The menu highlights include mouth-watering dishes that serve each menu with a yin-and-yang approach, attracting and complementing each other. The starters include pomegranate salad and tiger prawns with red roses served for Her and tiger prawn flambéed with gin, rose, lemongrass and tamarind served for Him; foie gras with pineapple-ginger chutney served for Her and pan-fried foie gras with plum wine ginger served for Him; warm tom kha soup with asparagus flan and black truffle served for Her and frozen tom kha with crispy chicken skin, asparagus and black truffle served for Him; and sautéed lobster with red curry served for Her and frozen red curry with lobster and lychee foam served for Him.
 
The main course features beef tataki served with ponzu slush and fermented garlic served for Her, while the beef ribs glazed with soy crispy garlic is served for Him.
 
The finale of the dinner is a sharing dessert – a heart-shaped mango mousse cake covered with red glacé liquid with a strawberry coulis filling.

The six-course ‘Her and Him Love Journey’ Valentine’s Day dinner menu is priced at THB 14,999++ for two persons and includes an exclusive complimentary bottle of Moët & Chandon Brut Champagne and a bouquet of flowers on Sunday, 14 February 2021 at 18:00 hrs until 23:00 hrs (last orders at 20:30 hrs).
 
Dining prices is exclusive of 7% government tax and a 10% service charge.
 
Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is open for luncheon from 12:00 noon to 15:00 hrs (last orders at 14:30 hrs), with dinner served between 18:00 hrs and 23:00 hrs (last orders for a set menu at 20:30 hrs and à la carte menu at 21:00 hrs) every Thursday until Sunday. The restaurant is located on the lobby floor of Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.
