Beginning 30 September, Lakorn European Brasserie at Rosewood Bangkok Hotel adds a sparkling touch to its signature afternoon tea – a classic English affair with French flair, including six special treats paired with premium Lavazza coffee or Mariage Frères French gourmet tea, offered 2:30 to 5 p.m. daily at THB950 per person. 

Until 31 October, guests have the option to add an effervescent accent to the afternoon indulgence with Piper-Heidsieck Champagne bubbles and Champagne sorbet, for THB1,299++ per person.   

Chef de Cuisine Jarno Robles and Executive Pastry Chef Florian Couteau craft the Afternoon Tea confections with fresh, seasonal ingredients:  an amuse bouche, finger sandwiches, sorbet selection, pastries, signature dessert and dainty petit fours.  Throughout October, guests can swap the sorbet for an exclusive Champagne soft serve with premium Hokkaido dairy from Hokkaido SoftKream and pair the Afternoon Tea with a glass of Piper-Heidsieck Brut.

For a truly festive afternoon in October, a Champagne trolley also features a choice of vintage Piper-Heidsieck Champagnes:
