Lobster Udon (THB 1,480++) is a modern twist on a classic dish, featuring Sanuki udon noodles, which derive from Kagawa Prefecture on the Japanese island of Shikoku. These renowned noodles are served in a rich miso bisque, complemented by seasonal vegetables and topped with lobster to ensure a luxurious experience.
Chutoro Tiradito (THB 1,250++) highlights sustainably sourced tuna loin, which is highly prized for its rich flavor and tender texture. This sublime seafood is accompanied by aji lime ponzu, pickled mustard seeds, and a vibrant pistou sauce, to create a refreshing yet tangy taste sensation that showcases the freshness of the tuna.
