K by Vicky Cheng, the stylish and contemporary Chinese dining destination perched on the 56th floor of EA Rooftop at The Empire in the heart of Bangkok, invites you to an exclusive celebration on December 5th, 2025. For this distinguished occasion, guests will enjoy an introductory offering on our exquisite Peking Duck — a three-style expression of craft and culture, thoughtfully reimagined as a multi-course journey that unfolds in layers of flavor, texture, and artistry. Each course is meticulously designed to build upon the last, capturing the essence of balance and refinement — all set against the spectacular backdrop of Bangkok's skyline.
 
The first serving presents crispy duck skin and tender, succulent meat, carved tableside and served with homemade pancakes, creating a moment of performance and precision. The duck is paired with a house-made Peking Duck sauce and a Thai-inspired sauce that lends a subtle brightness. Seedless Thai tamarind is delicately offered to cleanse the palate, its natural acidity lifting the richness. The dish is served with condiments of cucumber and leek, completing a perfectly poised beginning.

The second serving features a roasted duck leg, its meat exceptionally tender and rich with flavor. Each bite reveals deep, savory complexity accented by the duck’s natural sweetness. Guests can enjoy the two-serving experience at the exclusive price of THB 880++ (regularly THB 1,280++).

For the most complete expression, the three-serving journey for only THB 1,160++ (regularly THB 1,560++) concludes with stir-fried duck Kaprao, a sophisticated interpretation of a Thai classic. Fragrant holy basil and chili embrace the tender duck, creating an aromatic crescendo that unites intensity and grace.

The first overseas restaurant by Vicky Cheng, Hong Kong’s visionary Michelin-starred chef, K by Vicky Cheng blends the timeless traditions of Cantonese cuisine with modern culinary techniques, art-inspired interiors, and breathtaking views of Bangkok’s cityscape. Perched on the 56th floor of EA Rooftop at The Empire, this is the ultimate destination to celebrate life’s most special occasions.

With only ten ducks available throughout the day, pre-ordering at least 24 hours in advance is highly recommended to secure your place. An occasion reserved for those who appreciate the finer things. This exclusive dining experience is available for lunch (11.30 – 14.30 hrs.) and dinner (17.30 – 22.30 hrs.) on December 25 only.
