Bangkok, Thailand:  27 May 2025 – Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel warmly invites you to indulge in a premium Italian dining experience at the exclusive 4-Hands Dinner ‘Intro Night’ at La Tavola. This special evening brings together creativity, expertise, and inspiration from two exceptional culinary talents — Chef Attakrit Sithiwaykin (Chef Lek) and Chef Tiansawang Pattrai (Chef Noi) of La Tavola, who will collaborate on a specially curated menu that reflects their rich culinary journeys, showcasing their grand talents that far exceed the modest meaning behind their names.

This event also marks the official introduction of Chef Lek in his new role as Executive Chef of the hotel. He now oversees the culinary direction across all dining venues, from selecting top-quality ingredients to executing refined cooking techniques that elevate every dish. Partnering with Chef Noi—well known for his deep-rooted expertise in Italian cuisine at La Tavola—the duo promises to deliver a memorable gastronomic experience.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully crafted 4-course Italian menu that blends each chef’s signature style and culinary mastery, offering a harmonious and elevated dining journey that is not to be missed.
Menu highlights of the evening include: Prosciutto di Culatta Sfera di Melone Perla di Aceto Balsamico Invecchiato – A refined antipasto featuring premium Prosciutto Culatta paired with a modern spherification technique, transforming melon juice into delicate orbs that deliver a surprising burst of texture and flavor. And Tagliatelle Fatte in Casa ‘La Tavola’ Gamberi e Bisque Purè di Aglio Nero Limone – Fresh homemade tagliatelle served with premium red prawns imported from Italy, enriched with a deeply flavorful prawn bisque, black garlic purée, and lemon for a perfectly balanced and elegant dish.

The experience concludes with a signature dessert crafted exclusively for the evening, offering a sweet finale to a memorable Italian culinary adventure. This exclusive 4-course dinner is available at exceptional value:
