In collaboration with Wine Garage, Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort invites food and wine lovers aboard an antique rice barge for its first dinner cruise to highlight organic and sustainable food and wines on the 31 August.
An evening of food, wine, sights and scenery kicks off at Longtail Bar at the hotel, where guests will be treated to glass of biodynamic sparkling wine paired with canapés to set the tone. Once aboard the Manohra Star, a series of organic and natural wines will be served with a five-course dinner, with explanations from the experts. Meanwhile, the cruise will take in Bangkok’s iconic riverside landmarks, with a soundtrack provided by a live saxophonist.
Dinner includes authentic Thai dishes, created especially by the Manohra culinary team and perfectly paired with wines provided by Wine Garage, whose philosophy is to highlight artisanal producers, who use only traditional and natural processes.
The first in a series of wine events for Manohra, this special debut is unmissable for culinary enthusiasts for whom sustainability and provenance is a priority.
Booking is now available for 31 August 2019 for the cruise, which is priced at THB 2,900 nett per person.
