A classic yet dramatic baked Alaska flambé with sun-kissed red fruit promises the perfect finale. A different kind of romantic dinner awaits at Shintaro, where guests will be invited to share a 16-piece Valentine’s omakase set. From raw oysters with ponzu jelly to king crab karamiya and premium nigiri selection, the menu highlights seasonal ingredients such as plum blossom and uses the freshest seafood. For dessert, soft, decadent nama chocolate with rose-infused red fruit is guaranteed to bring you closer together. |
