-From Wagyu steak to omakase, couples can say it with their favourite dishes–
Whether it’s a classic steak dinner, a refined afternoon tea service or a less-expected dining experience, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel will have it on the menu this Valentine’s Day. Come to dine dressed to impress or spoil that special someone in your life with a romantic staycation.

On 13-14 February, the three signature restaurants will be serving special prix-fixe menus, all priced at THB 4,990++ for two people, beverages not included. At the recently renovated Biscotti, the new chef Kevin Montorfano will be putting his skills to the test with local and imported ingredients spun into dishes like lime-flavoured tuna starter; Hokkaido scallops with caviar; cream of artichoke with black truffle; and a main of Wagyu steak with foie gras. A blooming chocolate and raspberry rose cake to finish proceedings hits the right note.

Over at Madison steakhouse, guests can feel the flames of love in hushed privacy while supping on oysters, homemade foie gras and black truffle terrine, butter-roasted snow fish and Wagyu steak with truffle mashed potato and whiskey sauce. A classic yet dramatic baked Alaska flambé with sun-kissed red fruit promises the perfect finale.

A different kind of romantic dinner awaits at Shintaro, where guests will be invited to share a 16-piece Valentine’s omakase set. From raw oysters with ponzu jelly to king crab karamiya and premium nigiri selection, the menu highlights seasonal ingredients such as plum blossom and uses the freshest seafood. For dessert, soft, decadent nama chocolate with rose-infused red fruit is guaranteed to bring you closer together.
An opportunity to spoil a sweet-toothed foodie in your life will present itself at The Lobby where Chef Anupong Nualchawee outrageously bold creations served with afternoon tea will make your date smile in delight. With a chocolate fondue bubbling between them, guests can tuck into Red Rose choux with raspberry custard and rose perfume spray; Kiss-Kiss chocolate praline; pastel-hued macarons; or any of the savouries. The offer is available on 12-14 February, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, and is priced at THB 1,950++ per couple, including chocolate fondue, tea and coffee.

Couples who want to make the most of the pre-Valentine’s Day weekend can book the More Time For Love package, which includes a host of exclusive amenities including a room upgrade, Kasara Lounge access, complimentary bubbly, romantic dinner for two (choice of Biscotti, Madison and Shintaro), as well as early check-in at 9 am and late check-out at 9 pm. The package is available for stays between 11-15 February 2022 and starts at THB 7,499++/night.
