As part of its prestigious world-class bar collaboration series, on Friday 17th January 2025, Aqua’s award-winning Head Mixologist, Ryan Germino will welcome acclaimed bartender, Jaewoong Lee (Mr. Lee) and Ian Tak from one of Seoul’s most famous speakeasies, Le Chamber (#48 on on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024).
Aqua, nestled within Anantara Siam’s lush inner courtyard, is celebrated as one of Bangkok’s most-loved bars. Since taking the reins in 2022, the charismatic Ryan Germino has curated a distinctive cocktail menu featuring refined signature drinks paired with delectable bites from the hotel’s seven restaurants. While minimalist at first glance, Aqua’s cocktails reveal deep complexity through Germino’s innovative use of advanced culinary techniques.
Le Chamber, one of Seoul’s most Instagram-worthy speakeasies, is the brainchild of world-champion bartenders Eom Do-hwan and Lim Jae-jin. This intimate 50-seat venue exudes luxury, with high ceilings, leather seating, glittering chandeliers, and live piano music. Le Chamber’s menu, presented in hardcover books, features an impressive selection of 200 whiskies, house-made ingredients like ginger beer, and uniquely fermented concoctions.
