Available for one night only on Thursday 27th October 2022, the “Lungarotti Premium Beverage Dinner” will showcase the passion, creativity and rich culinary heritage of Italian gastronomy. Founded by Giorgio Lungarotti in the 1960s, Lungarotti produces premium beverages of extraordinary quality at the Estates of Torgiano and Montefalco in Umbria, the historic region in the heart of Italy which is famous for its natural produce.
These premium vintages, which are exclusively distributed in Thailand by Italasia, will accompany a seasonal six-course menu crafted by Gaetano Palumbo, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit’s renowned Executive Chef, who grew up in Sicily and has 20 years of experience in top restaurants and five-star hotels around the world.

The sublime soup course, Zuppa Vignarola con Pecorino e Mitili (seasonal vegetable soup with pecorino cheese and black mussels), will be paired with Il Bio Rosso IGT (2018), followed by a creamy Risotto con Zucca e Quaglie Lardellate (pumpkin risotto with quail wrapped in cured pork), accompanied by a glass of Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG (2018), a fruity and full-bodied red.
The mouth-watering main course, Medaglione di Mazo (beef tenderloin with chanterelles, cherry sauce and chestnuts) will transport diners’ taste buds on an autumn stroll through the woodlands of Umbria, which makes it the ideal partner for Lungarotti’s limited edition San Giorgio Rosso IGT, a fantastic red that bursts with the fruity aroma of plums and forest berries.
This outstanding epicurean experience culminates with a unique dessert of Morbido di Cioccolato Nero (green pea ice cream with dark chocolate mousse), paired with Dulcis Vino Liquoroso, followed by coffee, tea and sweet treats – a wonderful way to end an unforgettable evening.
