Baccala is the production of salt cod dating back at least 500 years from Europe. Our Italian chef Danilo has created special menu items. Such as Homemade Baccala mousse with grilled polenta (THB 620.-), Homemade baccala ravioli with tomato napoletana sauce (THB640.-) and various menu import ingredient from Italy.
