Tim Butler, Bangkok’s celebrated chef and restaurateur behind Eat Me restaurant in Bangkok, is heading to the fabled Golden Triangle this April to delight diners with his culinary creations that have ensured the famed restaurant’s place on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list since 2013.
On Thursday, 6 April 2023 and Friday, 7 April 2023, Butler will present dinners at the equally famous Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort at the confluence of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar in Northern Thailand.
On 6 April 2023, diners will be treated to a six-course dinner of Eat Me favourites at the resort’s Baan Dhalia restaurant, including naem with charred chilli and clams; Hua Hin golden oscietra caviar; smoked Hamachi collar; and grilled Iberico pluma.
On 7 April 2023, a Mekong Night dinner of modern, Asian-influenced, international comfort food staples include yum som o scallop; local buratta with basil and red wine vinaigrette; smoked hen of the woods mushrooms; and charred tomahawk.
