Banyan Thailand group is introducing Banyan Village, an initiative offering temporary housing to Thai and foreigners who prefer to stay in Hua Hin in the coming months.
Banyan prepared 28 pool villas of the former Banyan Resort that can be rented on a monthly basis. Each 120 sqm. fully furnished villa offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Each villa has satellite tv and wifi. The pool villas have gardens of around 450 m2 with private terrace. The villas are part of a peaceful and tropical park with 24/7 security.
For the coming months, Banyan is offering the villas at a discounted price of just THB 25,000 per month. Electricity and water will be charged based on actual usage and housekeeping and laundry services are available on demand at additional charge.

Banyan Village is located at the Phet Kasem Road, only 10 minutes away from supermarkets, Bangkok Hospital and other important facilities and services. Banyan’s restaurant, “The Terrace”, located at Banyan Golf Course will provide home delivery and take-away services as of 24 March 2020 that will make a stay at Banyan Village even more convenient and comfortable.
The Be Well Medical Center is located at Banyan at walking distance from the villas and is offering primary medical care, the first of its kind in Thailand. The ones staying at Banyan Village have access to the Be Well services if needed. This can include home visits for those taking a (temporary) Be Well membership. All services provided by Be Well will be charged separately at discounted rates especially for the Banyan Village tenants. Banyan is working closely with the medical specialists from Be Well who are proactively offering advice on protective measures against the COVID-19 virus.
The first tenants, an Expat Family from Bangkok who prefer to stay in Hua Hin, already arrived on 20 March. For them Banyan Village is an ideal, safe place to stay with all services and facilities available.
